Not much news at the mo as we've been in the studio for the last 2 months. We'll have a few new tunes up and running in time for Chrimbo.

We have started recording some new tracks.in "The Engine Room" in Dublin this week. One of which will be a collaboration with Elder.

BIO

Formed in 2005 Burma Shade are a group of individuals situated in Dublin city Ireland.

Their music is based mainly in rock but with other diverse musical strands through it. Influenced from artists like Pearl Jam, Zeppelin, PJ Harvey, dEUS and The Doors the band have forged a name for themselves as a superb live act in their native Ireland.

Preferring to take a hands on approach to producing their music, the band set up their own recording studio in early 2007, and are currently recording and producing tracks themselves for inclusion on their debut album.

To date they have released 3 EP's including an internet only Live EP.
